While we strive to provide the best quality products, our warranty does not cover:

If you encounter an issue within the 6-month warranty period, follow these simple steps:

3. Resolution Options – Depending on the issue, we will provide a repair, replacement part, or a full unit replacement if necessary.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of business days.
