Replacement Batteries for Ride-On Cars & Toys

Shop replacement batteries for ride-on cars, electric toys and compatible mobility products. Battery compatibility depends on more than voltage, so match the original battery’s voltage, amp-hour rating, physical dimensions, terminal or connector type and required configuration before ordering.

A 12V battery is not automatically interchangeable with every 12V ride-on, and two batteries can have the same voltage while using different capacities or connectors. Use the vehicle manual and labels on the original battery to confirm specifications.

How to Match a Ride-On Battery by Voltage & Capacity

Start with voltage, then compare amp-hours, dimensions and terminals. Amp-hour capacity affects how much energy the battery can store, but increasing capacity is not appropriate unless the vehicle and battery compartment support it. For 24V systems, confirm whether the ride-on uses one 24V battery or a series configuration of lower-voltage batteries.

Use the charger specified for the battery system and follow the manufacturer’s charging and storage guidance. When in doubt, match the original part specifications exactly.
