Q: Where are you guys located?

A: We are at 337 John St, Thornhill. We are open by appointment Monday to Saturday 11 to 6. We have lots of our products on display and ready for pick up! We also ship all across Canada and the US!

Q: Is there a warranty on this product?

A: Yes! All our products come brand new in the box and have a warranty! All of our kids cars and motorcycles have a 6 month warranty if you have any issue with them. We also have replacement parts for most products after the warranty period. For the kids cars the warranty covers anything missing or defective, pretty much anything other than physical damage from use.

Q: The Kids Car I just bought isn't working. What do I do?

A: 95% of the time when we get this question, it is a simple issue of the battery not being connected. The battery is usually under the seat or under the hood, and just has have to two wires connected to work. If this is not the issue, just give us a call, text or email and we will help you get it working properly.

Q: How do I connect the remote control?

A: Instructions to connect the remote are printed on the small box the remote came in or on the back of the remote. The remotes require 2xAAA batteries. Once connected the first time, they will automatically pair when you turn the car on from now on.

A: Yes we ship all across Canada and the United States! Our couriers bring your order right to your door, to minimize stress and maximize fun!
